These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shree Jai Arts website (shreejaiarts.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All Tanjore paintings sold by Shree Jai Arts are handcrafted originals. Because each piece is made by hand, there may be slight natural variations in colour, texture, and stone placement. These are not defects — they are a hallmark of authentic handmade art. Product images on the website are representative and may vary slightly from the finished piece.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept payment via major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Shree Jai Arts does not store your card details.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production or fulfilment immediately. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@shreejaiarts.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this window as work may have already begun.

We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference — please review your order carefully before purchase.

We will accept a return and provide a full refund or replacement only if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit. To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us at hello@shreejaiarts.com within 7 days of receiving your order

• Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect

• Return the item in its original packaging if requested

We reserve the right to assess claims and determine whether damage constitutes a qualifying defect. Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by Shree Jai Arts.

Custom-commissioned paintings are non-refundable once production has commenced. A deposit is required to begin work. If you wish to make changes to a commission, contact us as early as possible — changes may not be possible once certain stages of production are complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Jai Arts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
